Kevin just sold our condo. He is the only realtor we use in Cincinnati. It is always a pleasure to do business with him. He is always professional and most importantly we trust his advice. This is the THIRD time Kevin has helped us sell property and this time he really went above and beyond. Since it was a rental, he checked on it several times when we couldn't and helped in ways I don't think most realtors would. Once we had a contract, and it was time to get through the inspection checklist of things to do, he really stepped up. He personally handled some of the issues.
