I attempted several times to get in contact with someone regarding one of their listings. I left a voicemail, sent a text and an email to no avail. I'm a firm believer that customer service is important and I personally feel as though this company lacks it.
I even mentioned in my email that if the home was in contract, taken off the market or sold that I should have still received a reply informing me of that.
Communication is extremely important in a sales position.
I hope whoever decides to do business with this establishment in the future has a better experience than I had.
