Unfortunately my wife had a negative experience here, we will not be back. We had seen the signs from London Rd and wanted to check out a local option, recently moved here and have used companies from Columbus previously. Had trouble finding them on Google, so my wife stopped in, spoke with a lady there who was apparently very inconvenienced by this drop by and made it clear this was not customary. My wife could have scheduled an appointment to come back, but after the lady was not polite she decided to see what she could and requested to see the showroom and warehouse. Several "sighs" later, my wife looked in their show room and warehouse. Very few granite options. No help offered or escort to explain. That's fine, there is plenty of competition, we don't need to come back to Easyfit.
