Eric Brown is incredibly condescending and rude, not to mention a poor property manager. We are current on our rent and have been for months, yet he treated me today as though I were six months behind and asking to borrow money from him. He told me two months ago he would take care of a problem at our house, and when I told him today I didn't feel right in paying the rent, even though I had it in cash and in full right then and there, since they were not holding up their end of the agreement, he basically threatened me by telling me that I could go to court and make an issue out of it, but I wouldn't like the results. Originally, we signed the lease with another company entirely, from which he was either fired or quit (and we were given the impression that it wasn't a quit), and being that he is friends with the owner of this property, he managed to steal the contract (and therefore our lease) from the other company, and in our opinion has mismanaged it ever since. He is sloppy, he loses paperwork and then tries to penalize the renter for his disorganization, and his entire mannerism is one of entitlement, as though he's doing us a favor and we should be grateful he deigns to speak to such lowly creatures as we. We certainly will not be renewing our lease or re-renting from them EVER.
