Had MOLD on the grapes the next morning, spent $80 on the arrangement for "fresh" fruit. Called the store(Springboro, Ohio) after being on hold for almost minutes the manager yelled at me, did not believe me, then hung up on me. By day 3 all the fruit had gone bad even with it being refrigerated. Called corporate they also did nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Both places did absolutely nothing. Will never buy from here again. I called corporate twice, first time filed a complaint store never contacted me. 2nd time calling them after saying I do not want to have contact with the store that they were rude, the lady puts me through to the store after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up. Nothing else has ever been said. Do not order from here it is a total waste.
