Would not recommend this business to anyone. The manger was a rude person she demanded we pay up front $80.00 for my item. The manager blamed the insurance company saying they were not covering my item. I called the insurance company, the item was covered at %100 UICR. WE have the explanation of Benefits showing they were paid to the UCR. The business was paid $63.00 to the contracted 100%. Elegant essentials is still giving us a hard time giving our money back, they have now been paid twice. If you go to this company do not listen to them about insurance payment, you just might be fighting to get your money back as we are, as far I'm concerned they given conmen a bad name.
