Every time I have went in there, I can not seem to get help and I was the only customer that last I was there. Last time I counted 4 people working. In which 3 of the employees were behind the counter talking among themselves. The other one you could see in the room that looked like office. They did acknowledge I walked in and said someone will be with me. After walking around 25 minutes, and realizing they were not talking business but their personal things, me and my friend decided to leave. I have been giving my business to another jewelry store ever since. I had been pre warned by several people not to go to that store and heard their experience, but I had to find out for myself.
