Terrible experience. I was given a car with a slow tire leak (turns out it had a nail in it) but the leak was slow enough to where it was unnoticeable until I was 50 miles into my 150 mile trip. Area I was traveling to had no Enterprise locations with cars to swap out. I had to contact roadside assistance after I got to my location to have them put on a spare. After that, I had to spend three hours at a Firestone Tire getting the tire fixed. I ended up missing half of the conference I traveled to and paid $300 to attend. Once I got back to the original location, the Branch Manager was only willing to comp one day out of the four days I paid for the car, stating that "tire issues happen". Only positive about my experience was the gentleman who gave me a ride back to my car. Very friendly and deserves recognition. I will not be renting from Enterprise again.
