These guys know their stuff. You want an American made vacuum, you will pay dearly for it, but they have a good selection.

I brought my older vacuum in for repairs. The person at Falls Vacuum told me the parts had to be ordered, but the vacuum should be ready in about 1 week. Three weeks with no update, so I showed up at the store. I was told the needed parts could not be found because they had been discontinued. They offered (for the 2nd time) to sell me a new vacuum. I declined and took my vaccum home. Within 15 minutes on the manufacturer's website, I was able to order the parts which Falls Vacuum had removed. Five days later, I fixed the vacuum myself.
