Originally I contacted a competitor, but they informed me they would first come out and inspect the premises and give an estimate. Then they would schedule another visit for treatment. Not being pleased with their service, I decided to call Frames instead. The lady whom answered my call said they could be out tomorrow. I expressed my concern because I had to babysit my grandkids then. She then asked me to hold for a minute. When she came back on the call, she informed me if it was ok the tech could be out within the next few hours! In addition to the excellent service she provided, the technician, Tom, was professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly. I am so impressed with your employees customer service and your company! Thank you!
