I stopped by there for the first time and had little to no problems. I guess I don't understand the negative reviews. Their service is pretty straight forward. I will say this, if you're just a regular person like me it can be a little confusing as to what to do. I happen to bump into a person I assume was a manager and he helped me out so with that said: 1. If you have any questions call ahead first. This will save time and confusion because it's pretty much "go-mode" when you arrive. I called to make sure they could take my material and payment options. 2. Drive straight up to the scale. This is where the support staff is. Ask any last minute questions you have, i.e. where to go to drop off your stuff, pay your bill and you're off. 3. Listen carefully to their instructions and watch for signs. They can be hard to see but most of everything you need to keep an eye out for will be left of you. The big trucks know where they're going but don't just aimlessly follow them. Where they're going may not be where you need to go so again, look to the left for your drop-off point. And that's it.
Rounded up my 4.2 yard trailer up to 5 yards for my dump fee, but it's still less expensive than renting a dumpster and the staff was very friendly.
