Body work was good - actually pretty happy with it. Only complaint was that they used cheap 'generic' plastic clips that didn't lock in like the OEM Toyota ones did.
The mechanical, on the other hand, was pretty bad. I was having an accident repair done - one of the things replaced was the AC compressor. They replaced my OEM Toyota with a cheap Chinese aftermarket unit. The new one made so much noise that people would turn and stare at me at traffic lights if my AC was running. I took it back and the claimed they didn't hear any noise and it was working fine, totally blew me off. Took it to another shop who diagnosed the noise as the AC compressor (which I had already figured out.)
Before I could go back and fight Frankie and Dylan's, the new compressor died (quit cooling completely) and had to be replaced. They did replace it the second time with an actual Toyota part and there were no problems since.
