This restaurant and bar opened in Steubenville (up the hill on 213) in September, and it is looking great. Lots of smiles from the staff and everyone is in a good mood. The food is really solid, and what a bargain! Nice place to watch some football. Can't wait until Frank gets the big bar open. He says he will bring in bands and entertainment in the future. We needed this kind of place here!
