Frisch's Big Boy

Today sucked. When I asked the clerk why there was a mans voices frequently yelling in the kitchen, she explained someone was calling out food orders. As I explained I could hear it plainly from the other side of the restaurant, she apologized and told me how much I owed. That seemed more important than a customer service issue. She did volunteer to have the manager come over. He did...come to find out it was he that was doing the yelling. Jeremy is his name, just looked at me like "so" when I explained how rude and annoying I found it. When I asked how far it was from point a to b he pointed there to here. When I asked why he didn't walk over and put his request in, I got another "duh I dunno" glassy eyed look. Family restaurant yelling by the manager to staff to prepare food instead of walking 15 feet. Jeremy might be a nit wit
