Asked for an appointment with a particular doctor because he was in network. Was brought back to see the physician's assistant before being briefly seen by the Dr. I had requested. Had no issue with the medical staff however I was billed under the PA who was out of network and therefore I would have to pay for the visit out of pocket. I was never told I would be seeing the Physician's assistant. The billing person never answered any of the 8 times I attempted to call her and took at least a half day to attempt to return a call (which I was unable to answer) and did not give any other way/better time to reach her despite my request. Finally spoke to another billing person who stated there was nothing they could do except give me a payment plan and request not to see the PA next time. I then reported them to the Better Business Bureau and sent them a letter detailing my complaints and never received a response beside another bill and a threat to send me to collections. Finally after the deadline for a response to the BBB complaint I received a call and they cancelled the bill.
