The current employees aren't as up on everything as they should be. I overheard a customer ask for a copy of an older game for a certain game system, with the employee responding that they didn't make that game for that particular system. It had been, but the employee obviously didn't know much about games or systems, and it cost the store the sale. And the review that Dakota gave is somewhat accurate. They will not quote any prices over the phone, but that is per company policy (so some moron doesn't sue them in case the value of the item is different than what was quoted). The person at the other Gamestop was breaking the company policy by quoting prices over the phone. As for the trade-in prices, they are set by their corporate; the stores have no say as to what corporate does. Overall, they are not the most informed staff, but they are following company policy and are people trying to do their jobs.
Great store cool maneger
