Giant Eagle Bakery

I am very disappointed by the attitude of the manager. I was quoted one price on a cake, plain, with NO icing or decorations, then today when I'm due to pick it up, they tell me it will be $40, same as the cakes with a lot of decor and icing etc. The women in the bakery actually argued with me about it and told me to call back and ask for a manager. I did. He then proceeded to argue with me as well and basically called me a liar for saying I was told the price would be adjusted. I've worked in so many customer service situations and I will say that I will never go back to this Giant Eagle. I spend an average of $200 every week there so they lost a decent customer, I was so insulted by the way I was being treated and their unwillingness to even listen to what my problem was.
