been going here for decades and never a problem till now, made mistake of using drop box because I was in a hurry before they opened, when chking my account, it said I had not returned a DVD, had put 2 in box, at same visit, somehow they only recorded one received, when calling to ask what happened did not get courteous response, will be using a different location from now on.
