Hamilton Social Security

My mother was at the S.S.I. office today at window #3 being waited on by a heavy set African American woman that was the rudest woman i think i have ever encountered. My mom brought the required paperwork and dropped it off in the lock box on December 6th when she went to the office today this "lady" did not want to hear anything my mom had to say and told her she had to start the process all over again. Mom is retired and needs the medical coverage because she has Crohns disease , Lupus and is going blind because she needs surgery on her eyes and cannot afford it or the medicine she needs for her health and to function daily. I myself watch her struggle every day. I understand that some people that work for the state see people try to "screw" the system but if you are so jaded that you cant hep the people that need it, maybe you should get a job at Walmart... I am really sad at how our society has changed and the system lets down good people that have worked hard thier entire life just as my mother has for the past 47 years of my life... Truly saddened.
