I had heard great things about this company, but was unfortunately very disappointed. They sent an aide to our house for the first time without confirming her identity, or that they had found someone for the shift we had requested. The office manager admitted that this was a glitch in their system. I was not home when the aide arrived, and allowed her to stay since I did not her want to go without pay due to a miscommunication for which she was not responsible. The aide was fine, but the back-office inability to resolve a conflict amicably was very disturbing. I was definitely left with the impression that the company was more concerned about the money than providing satisfactory customer service. The level of communication was orders of magnitude better with Visiting Angels. I guess they set the bar for the kind of communication I was expecting from a well-rated company.
