Happy's Pizza

I ordered my pizza online from the happys pizza place in Garfield heights at 927 p.m and now it is 1034 p.m and I still don't have my dinner. And then I call and ask where my order was and the lady tells me it is just coming out of the oven. This is poor service. You should not put in the email back to the customer that it will arrive up to 60 minutes.
