Hartland Mechanical is a company that I will never do business with again. Hartland Mechanical changed a part called a reversing change over valve in my mother's outside condensing heat pump unit at the beginning of this past summer. The valve failed again. I had a to call another local Sandusky company to diagnose the outside condensing heat pump unit. I learned that the technician from Hartland burnt up all of the inside components inside of the reversing change over valve. Hartland Mechanical's people were oh so difficult to work with, for that reason, I called another well known Sandusky company. I would not ever recommend anyone in Sandusky call Hartland Mechanical to work on your air conditioning and heating equipment. Joseph
