As a former employee, I can honestly say that there are some good things at Heather Hill and some very, very not good things at Heather Hill. It is not a good place to work. The environment, in my opinion, is toxic, to say the least. I would not recommend placing a loved one here when there are so many other facilities that are far and above the standards they provide at this facility. I do think their PT department is really excellent and some employees are excellent caring employees, but there are just too many that are in the wrong profession. For those who have had a good experience here, I pray that they continue to receive that special care that they deserve. If you are going in as a new resident, I would look to those places that are less risky and consistently give the care your loved one deserves.
