I spoke with Craig who clearly is uneducated and just after getting money out of people. I was no longer interested in a property after realizing the picture makes the home look decent but in person its trash. When I noticed no credit check was done I was curious as too what was going on and called. He asked me what my score was, doesn't even run a check, so I ask what is the point in paying an application fee. You pay an application fee for him to call and ask you what your credit score is. After reading the other reviews I'm glad I decided to not move forward. If a person is shady upfront I can only imagine how awful they are once you sign a lease!

Pretty disappointed with the response time for this company. I own a rental property in Columbus, Ohio, but due to personal reasons I had to move out of state. So I contacted HER Realtors Property Management two weeks ago (Wednesday 3/11/16) in an attempt to hire a property manager. I spoke with a very pleasant woman named Kimberly. She assured me that it would be no problem to work with me as an out-of-state landlord. I was told that Matt Long is the realtor assigned to the area my rental is in, and that he would be contacting me and emailing me a contract so I could get an idea of how the business arrangement would work. I called back on Monday 3/16/16, since I had received neither a phone call or email from Matt Long. I spoke with a gentleman named Craig, who took my information and also assured me that Matt Long would soon be contacting me. So it's been two full weeks since I first reached out to this company, hoping to hire a rental property manager through them. I have received no communication from them, and yes, I checked my spam folder. Maybe Matt Long has a very heavy caseload and is unable to take on any more clients, which is fine, but I would appreciate them letting me know. But if this is their response time with a potential client, I would hate to see what it's like once the contract is signed.
