Unlike a lot of restaurants in Columbus/Columbus area who specialize in meat are expensive in comparison to the quality of the meat or cook. For me, if I can buy the meat, season it, and cook it at home for less then what it costs me at your restaurant, then I'm disappointed. Hickory House did not disappoint. The full rack of ribs were 22.95 and were BBQ competition grade. They were cooked to perfection. They were sauced perfectly, coated but not soaked. Our waiter was on point. He was present right before drinks were empty, right after the second bite, and just as we finished eating. He didn't rush us off the table, and could clearly read when we were ready to leave. Just a fantastic experience, it felt way more expensive of an experience then the actual cost. I'll be back, frequently, and with more friends.
