Hooks Oxygen & Medical Equipment

The worst thing about this place is the physical location. First, The sign has been missing for months (at least) so we were not able to locate them in the shopping center until we called and asked for the exact location. Second, the signs on the door are very off-putting and concerning, things like "cash only", and advising customers to leave their medical equipment outside (very confusing when you are told explicitly to bring it with you) make you feel as if you are entering a pawn shop. Third, there is nothing in the customer area, no chairs, medical equipment, nothing. You have to wait behind a counter as if you are ordering a burrito and what you can see off the "employee area" is a hot mess of boxes, equipment and papers all stacked haphazardly. Fourth, nothing is ever in stock. The company appears to be a middle man between your doctor and wholesale medical suppliers. The whole experience made me feel unclean and illicit. I seriously felt as though these people provide medical equipment from the front door and illegal drugs from the back door. Perhaps the doctors who are using this supply company can put some pressure on them to at least make things appear legit.
