I had an appointment 2/2/17 at 10am with Judy Roberts. I have an LLC and needed someone to help me file taxes. This is my first time filing as a business. When I scheduled the appointment, I told the receptionist that I had an LLC and would need to file differently because of it. The lady is nice, but didn't want to take the time to help me. When I sat down at the desk, she began to tell me that they didn't block off enough time for her to get my paperwork finished, she would have to find time to block off tomorrow or into the next week to finish my paperwork. I asked her an estimated cost for her to help me and she said $300-$400 I would owe. She then told me that she was going over her time already after I sat with her for about 30 minutes and said she was supposed to be off work and was running over for me. I was so frustrated. Needless to say, I told her I was going to go somewhere else and left. I will never go back to H&R Block. If you have a business, don't go there, as they won't really take the time needed to make sure you get the most out of your return. They run on commission!! P.s. I found another place in town right after that incident, with much better luck,and didn't even need an appointment!
