I had my 2014 & 2015 taxes filed at h&r block. I was just audited December of 2016. Both years they had filed was wrong. Two different people each year had filed them wrong. Currently i now owe close to 5 grand. They have been little to no help with resolving the issue. In fact I have had to do most of the leg work with this audit. They said they will reimburse penalty and interest which was penny's compared to what I owe. I have emailed Blanca and Kathy multiple times with no answer. Now three months later I am still fighting to get the last check for the additional interest. It has currently been three weeks with no answers to two emails to them and one email to the district manager "Mitchell Hilderbrand".
But the local h&r block was nice to call me and see if I wanted to set up a time for them to do my taxes again this year....haha no thanks.
I would highly recommend going somewhere else and having them done.
