After multiple errors with Linda Keith not even two pages in and before getting to the W-2 entries- which took about 30 minutes- we finally left. Also they failed to have us on their schedule after we had a text confirmation for a 2 pm appointment. She had the paperwork WITH our names on them, and still put my name as Marylin instead of my actual name. How she got that I'm not sure. I would give that entire experience 0 stars if possible. Worst experience I've had. 21+ experience is what she said she had but from the time we had with her I wouldn't trust her and she acts like she had 21 minutes of experience not 21+ years.
