I would like to thank the sale representatives at iStyle Furniture for their professionalism in helping us choose our furniture for the living room and dining room. They really listen to our needs and helped us choose the furniture that is right for our house. They helped us choose the colors for the furniture and helped match the rug too. The furniture transformed our living room and dining room which looks really nice now! The customer service is great, they treat you like family. They work with your budget and credit is available too. Before making a purchase, we came to the store a few times looking and deciding and we were helped every time until we made our final choice. Every time we were treated very nicely and were not pursued into making quick decision. Shopping with iStyle Furniture was very positive and fun experience!

Worst customer service ever. 2 trips to the store, multiple phone calls, the same BS. The manager will call you, never has. I recommend you don't buy here. 9-19-2017 Still not fixed, a young girl called me and said they would call me back to schedule repair 6 days ago. These people are the worst at service. Update 10-13-2017 went back into the store for the 3rd time, still no calls for my repair. Update Update:10-14-2017 after finally stopping out to look at my Cat Napper they had to locate a plastic piece that broke off. 5 hours later they have the part and the repair took literally 5 minutes.
