Do yourself a favor and rent from literally any other realty place. They never respond to voicemails or emails, their maintenance crew does a horrible job of repairing the space before you move in, and I get random emails about added charges/tickets for things that I did not even do. They give you notices for showings that literally go from 10 -5pm mon thru Friday. And you will get them for a over a month straight. So basically they were letting me know someone could walk into my apartment at any time during the day for 6 weeks. 2 weeks after their last showing I got locked out of my apartment at night and lost my key.. I called and they came an hour later but also couldn’t find my key. THE NEXT DAY, they found it with the guy who showed my apartment. Female living alone and random realty guy kept my apartment key on him for weeks. Great. Oh yeah and be prepared to live with horrible decal stickers on your walls that they just painted over, even though the paint clearly peels right off. Never renting from them again.
