Horrible experience. We requested a custom item that they changed without consulting us, they had it and another piece for weeks longer than they said they would, they never contacted us with updates we had to go in and ask, after receiving the wrong piece for the second time we gave up. I'm not sure if the sales person was incompetent, ignorant, or just a liar but I would not recommend this store to anyone.
