This rating is not against Dr. Klemme and his work. It's about the appointment and the fact that university hospitals schedules so many appt. times so close together. I made this 6 months ahead of time, took a day off work for this 4pm appointment, showed up on time. Then I'm told it will be an hour and half wait past my scheduled time as of now before I'm seen. Sure would have been nice for a heads up. They always call to confirm a couple days in advance why not the day of with updates on wait times maybe. I never thought of calling ahead to see about the wait times but them I was told if I would have been more than 15 min late it would have been treated as a missed appointment and I would have been charged. Just a heads up University hospitals on stuff like this sure would be nice. I understand stuff happens but 1 1/2hrs worth.
