I wish that I could give them a negative rating. The sales associates had NO idea what was going on (when we asked her questions about shoe sizes she literally started sucking on her hair!). I had 5-6 valid coupons and was shopping for students of mine that are either homeless or can’t afford to buy clothing. All three managers refused to accept ANY of my coupons or provide any sort of discount claiming that ALL of my coupons/discounts were invalid (which was not the case). If store policies weren’t bad enough, the blonde female manager in Menswear began mocking me and my students! As soon as her boss walked away she called me a liar, claimed that I was making everything up to save a few bucks, and accused me of making up the “fake” term “shoe game”! This was the worst retail experience that I’ve ever had and I will tell everyone that I know that not only does JCPenny North Olmsted deny helping those that are less fortunate, but that they go out of their way to mock customers!
