I live an hour away. I tried to get an answer in the men’s department and no one would pick up the phone. The lady at the main desk was very helpful and tried to patch me through, but no answer. She then put me through to the kids department, who spoke to someone in Men’s. No answer again. Finally the main desk lady said “this time, someone is coming to answer”. I waited over 15 minutes on that one call and still no answer, so I hung up. All told, I spent at least a half hour on the phone with no answer from Men’s. Thus, the poor rating
