I have reached my wits end with the terrible and vague communication here. I have a vehicle in for repair. I was told it would take approximately a week. Called for the first update, was told it would be done the middle of the following week. Waited until the next friday, called again, didn't get any real info past "call back at 3:00 and we'll see where we are." Stopped by the location to make a payment after the call at 3 o'clock failed due to the worker being on lunch. Was then told "call back bright and early in the morning, we will check it out first thing." It is now 10:42 that next morning I've called once was told to call back in a half an hour, when I did I was told the worker I was speaking to had left until after noon . I am currently waiting on another call for another update on my vehicle . It was an extensive repair so I would not have been angry about the length of time it has taken but I am extremely annoyed at all the runaround to get this far. Not to mention 40% of the time when you call, the secretary in the back, in the bank portion of the company, answers and she has no info on vehicles or repairs. She's not very friendly over the phone and this usually means the people in the front with the real information are not available.
