The team walks in first thing for an overview of all the items to be moved, with a very obvious and inappropriate verbal and physical response of disgust and irritation, to both EBTH employees and the homeowners. This makes everyone uncomfortable, unhappy, and the situation unpleasant. It is not professional, nor does it make anyone's job or situation any easier. It is the job to be providing the service. They successfully moved almost all of the items for us professionally and smoothly, but apart from that, the attitude was not friendly or professional. As EBTH-ers and the service that we are providing for the homeowners, this makes it unnecessarily difficult on us to deal with, being coordinators between your teams and the clients we are doing a service for.
