Joe's Complete Auto Repair Inc

Called to get an estimate on my timing belt. The guy who answered the phone wasn't Joe and didn't seem all that knowledgeable on the problem. He said he was not allowed to give an estimate and that I would have to wait for a call from Joe himself. I was told within the hour I would get a call back. I never received a call back. The phone call and the wait for a lack of a return phone call has put me off. If this is the same shop I took my a car of mine to 7 years ago with an overheat problem, then I suggest not taking your car here. That situation was expensive and never truly got fixed.

Joe is dependable and gets your car fixed in good time. Knows his stuff!
