Waited 1hr & 15min to have something notarized by the manager. No one came to give me an update on how much longer I'd have to wait, but I was originally told it would be a few minutes. I didn't know I needed to make an appt for something like that. Otherwise, the tellers were friendly and helpful. I'll call ahead next time.
