Words can't express the level of satisfaction I received from Knapps Collision!
I had a minor accident with my Ford F-350, and when the insurance adjuster who came out to my house suggested that I use one of their " Certified" body shops to do the work, I remembered a discussion I had with my Mother in which she had raved about
Knapp's, and I told the adjuster I would be taking it there. I was DELIGHTED with not only the quality of workmanship, but the level of Friendly, Customer-Oriented service I received from them.
Lord willing, I hope for no more fender benders, but in the event I ever need repair done again. I won't hesitate to go back!!!
