After getting discharged from the hospital we went to this location to get insulin supplies. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, we were hoping to get these filled relatively quickly, since my husband hadn't eaten in several hours and could not eat again until we got these prescriptions. We were told a several hour wait time (and that they may not be ready until tomorrow) so we asked if we could take them to an alternative location. The pharmacist then rudely replied that "there were people ahead of us and there was nothing they could do". Having worked in retail pharmacy, I understand that the process takes a while but I also understand that you need to prioritize and be polite to customers. We will not be returning to this pharmacy location.
