I was here and waited in the lobby without even being seen for almost 10 minutes. So i called while I was inside the lobby and I said hi, I'm in your lobby and I'm trying to get my car looked at. I've been waiting in your lobby.... He then said very rude "uh, ok"? That'll be me... as If he didn't care....then hung up on me. And was even rude while I explained about the problem with my vehicle. If I'm a paying customer your customer service should be good and the customer service was very bad. Very disappointed..
