Bryan Steinlechner was a very helpful honest salesman and worked to get me the best price on my new Buick Encore which I just love. He was very helpful and even helped me with setting up my phone to connect with some of the features of my new vehicle. Also want to say that Caleb O'Donnell was very helpful in showing me how to operate all the special features on my new Buick. Since I consider myself to be somewhat technologically challenged he took his time to explain things to me and said if there is ever any time that I need help with something that I could stop by anytime and he would be glad to help me. Bryan and Caleb made my car buying experience a good one. Thank you both for being so helpful.

I found a used car online that was so new to the dealership there were no pictures or details listed but it was the model I was looking for. I called and spoke to John Marsillo who took my information, found out details about the car and called me back within a day. It was the year, color and interior I was hoping to find so I made arrangements to see and test drive it. They had the car out front waiting for me. I met John who gave me the key fob and told my husband and I to take it out for a drive. It was exactly what I was looking for and priced more than fairly so I bought it. I never felt pressured and liked that they let us test drive it without a salesperson coming with us. The purchasing process (paperwork) was also super easy. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional and courteous. We will definitely look at Lambert when we are in the market to buy again and would highly recommend them! This was one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had!
