Lancaster Pediatric Dentistry

Really poor communication from the office staff. They now only treat patients 12 and under. I tried repeatedly to message them to find out when my children's next cleaning would be, and they never responded. At the last visit, I was told that they would schedule the next appointment and contact me, which they never did. And this is certainly not their first offense with lack of communication. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
