Leeson's 10 Minute Oil Change

I will give this place a 2 star rating just because they are polite. I have now gone up there 3 times to try to get the oil changed on my car just to be turned away because they do not have the oil filter for it. It's just an Infiniti, same motor as in a Maxima and is a common filter. I was told it would be in later that day, then the next day, then I was told if it was not in today they would go buy one from O-Rileys to do the oil change but yeah that didn't happen either. How does an oil change place, not have a filter in stock for multiple days? That's like McDonalds not having French fries.
