Lori has always been very nice but has a hard time talking to people over the phone with policy issues. I have a card on file for autopay and I get no notifications over email, snail mail, or phone when things need updated. Instead they just lapse. I've talked with her three times over this and due to the latest lapse have decided to move my policies to someone who will actually watch my policies and ensure that I maintain coverage like I expect.
Auto-pay shouldn't change. I have my water, mortgage, cell phone, electric... everything on auto-pay. The only payments I have an issue with are through this office regarding my insurance.
