Customer service here sucks. I don't have a truck or trailer and all I wanted them to do was cut a pre fabricated privacy fence in two parts. Nope sorry can't do that. A store full of saws and a whole lumber section selling wood but not a saw that can cut a little 1x2 piece of wood. Guess they don't want to sell their goods. Won't be shopping here again. Told me to bring my own saw and cut it in the parking lot. Lmao. I planned on buying about 4 slats. So now they lost 200 dollars because they won't cut a skinny piece of wood. Theoretically I could bring my own saw but it's the principle at this point.
