Very knowledgeable service dept. Was able to get my vehicle in for tires to fit my schedule. The price for tires beat out 2 other competitors!! Will definitely be taking my Escape back to their service dept in the future.

When a salesman advises you to go to another car lot for a deal, that's exactly what you should do. And that's exactly what I did. The salesperson was stuck on one price,and did not want to negotiate. When I informed him of a price I received elsewhere,I was informed I should go elsewhere and accept that price. Not a very wise move by the salesman to suggest such a thing.
