Verses the original way using metal cooking pans. The new way is very unsanitary not to mention against health department regulations. Putting the public at risk in order to save money on foil liners used on the metal cooking pans. Plastic is not ment to go through 480 degree oven over and over for a wk expecially to prepare chicken..for this reason its now a 1 STAR RAITING
