Mark Thomas Ford

After a dreadful visit to a local GMC dealership where I have been doing business for over 8 years, I decided to look at a Ford Explorer. I am in a lease now which expires in December and was interested in purchasing this time around. I purchased a new Escape for my son a few years ago at Mark Thomas Ford and have always loved driving it. I met with Chad, the salesperson who answered the phone when I called in with questions. Nice guy. He was very informative and got right to looking and driving the vehicle I was interested in, a Ford Explorer. I owned a Tahoe years ago and wanted to get a larger SUV again. Took a test drive and it drove wonderfully. With all the safety features on the Explorer, because I am 4'10", it helps me maneuver with more confidence. Chad even let me drive it to my office a few miles away so my husband could take a look at it (in the pouring rain). The incentives were incredible. It didn't matter to me if it was a 17 or 18 model. Ended up with a 2017 Explorer Limited in Red. They were able to find me one very quickly with no problems. Will be picking up sometimes this week. I recommend Mark Thomas Ford's sales department. Both times they have been great, and the financing has been fast and easy.
